The Breakup Mystery

This ex thing is one hell of a thing.(if that makes sense)
The end of a relationship always comes with hurts and sometimes plenty of tears. When the heart break storm blows, you feel like you are carrying the weight of the whole world on your shoulders. Laughter becomes a stranger. You begin to have countless sleepless nights. You don't want to listen to any slow song, don't want to hang out. You are just plain sad.
Sometimes you even begin to regret, that is if you are the one who asked for the break up. You start wondering if your making a mistake. I have walked these road and it is not fun.
This is my resolve, If You are in a relationship that doesn't feel right, it could be as a result of emotional, physical or sexual abuse, it could also be as a result of infidelity. Please and please again QUIT! You will hurt, you will cry but that is okay, very soon you will be happy you left.  I once broke up with this dude I thought was the best thing that ever happened since sliced bread. I was a wreck, I became a shadow of myself. I cried and thought I was the problem. I couldn't get over him for years. Fast forward few years later, I am happy and grateful that I did not end up with that dude. If someone would have told me that few years back, I would have probably not believed, I no better now. What is my point, if you are going through this break up phase, first make sure you really are ready to move on? make sure you are not at fault, make sure you did your best, after you have analyzed the situation, my dear cry, cry all you can, then wipe your tears and move on. It is tough, I never said it wasn't but it is possible. You can do it. They say you never know what you have till you loose it, But remember you never also know what your missing till it arrives. It is better to be single and happy than miserable with someone. Good luck!
